The Girl With All The Gifts.

It's been a while since I've seen a good serious zombie movie, I think the last one I watched was world war Z even when I first started watching it I didn't have high hopes for it but I was proven wrong. Last year I saw the trailer for the movie the girl with all the gifts, the title made it sound more like a fantasy movie and I do love fantasy but in was pleasantly surprised to find out it was, in fact, a thriller. The movie is based on a bunch of kids inside a testing facility, they don't have much of a life and spend most of it in a cell or strapped in wheelchairs, this does sound cruel but the reason behind it make sense. These children are special and could hold the cure for the human race who have been wiped out by some kind of zombie fungus, this fungus makes humans crave anything living (even cats and dogs)the fungus takes over the human body and turns them into a shell of themselves. The main character in this movie is called Melanie she is one of the children in the facility, unlike other humans who are affected by the fungus, Melanie isn't a shell of herself and acts like a normal human, in order for the children to be controlled and not turn into their zombie state the people not affected by the fungus wear a blocker which stops the smell of humans.

Do you know what annoys me about the Blogging community?

After blogging for 5 years there is a lot I've noticed, some of it good some of it bad but mostly what bothers me is how naive some people are. I'm not writing this to cause any arguments just to give my point of view on what has been bothering me within the blogging community. Let's start off with the biggest pet hate of mine, new bloggers who think they will be able to get free stuff just because they have a blog... in all honesty, it's not as simple as that, it took me a while before I was contacted by PR'S and asked to review products. When I first started I would enjoy reviewing small businesses that I purchased from (out of my own money) I would send them an email saying I reviewed their items so they were aware of me promoting them and how much I liked their products.  I built a relationship with a few of them and they would send me free stuff with orders sometimes which they didn't have to do but besides that, I didn't get asked to review PR products for a good year and a half after I first started to blog. There is nothing wrong with wanting to review products or working with PR's but what people need to understand is it's not as easy as being brand new to blogging and demanding businesses and companies let you review their products, it doesn't only make you look bad but it also makes the rest of the blogging world look bad. Yes there are a lot of bloggers out there and it's hard to compete, but don't sell yourself short or be demanding, if your content is good and your blog itself is appealing you might get PR'S contacting me as this is how I managed to start working with them.

My Pop vinyl | Funko collection.

Pop funkos popularity have been growing for years now, when I first saw them I thought they were pointless plastic figures which take up room, but now I seem to have started my own collection of them which I will show you in this blog post. What are these plastic big headed things? Most people I know buy them for their kids as toys, to me I view them more as figurines that shouldn't be played with as they're collectable, Funkos were originally founded as bobblehead company back in 1988 but the founder sold the company on in 2005 and it's been growing ever since, but it's only been in the past 5 years that I have seen. Now that I have 8 of these POP funkos I admittedly can't help but add to my collection, some people do go over the top and just buy them for the sake of it but I can't justify spending loads of money on hundreds of them, where an earth would I put them? People may go mad at me for taking them out of the boxes to take pictures but I wanted to try out my new lightbox, sorry!

My Top 3 Games for 2017: Part 1.

Hello, my lovely readers and followers, I know it's been a while since I posted I have been really poorly and I'm just getting back to myself but thank you so much for sticking around, it means a lot to me. Today I wanted to talk about 2017 Video game releases, last year was a bit of a slow year but luckily some great games were released towards the end of 2016 so that is one upside, 2017 has some very exciting releases on the way, I thought I would do a series of game release picks from each month of the year that I'm looking forward to releasing, I will be doing them in 3 month slots so I've picked 3 games from January, February and March of this year that I think look good then once March rolls around I will be doing another 3 up until June and so on.
